My mom has been in the mood for sushi for some time but didn’t want to go to the city. We went last night 5/11/24 and had a great experience. The food was delicious and they have a wide variety of sushi, the Lychee Martini left us tipsy. Not a fancy spot, but it was clean, cute with tasty food.
Been going here for years and it continues to be a bit of a diamond in the not-so-rough burbs of Western Nassau / Eastern Queens. I live in the next town over, Rosedale, and get there in 8 minutes. Love sitting in front of the sushi chefs to watch them create their master pieces. They're always congenial and the service is great. I'm always greeted right away with a smile, and everyone is there to serve their patrons. I get the sense that the servers are not territorial.
